After crashing into a Coast Guard plane on the runway in Tokyo, a Japan Airlines plane caught fire -- and the flight crew was able to direct 367 passengers to safety by using a megaphone and their voices.

All the passengers remained calm - even though smoke was coming into the cabin - everyone went down those airplane slides to safety - no one tried to grab their luggage - everyone made it out alive... Way to go, flight attendants!
