I still don't believe this article I read in People magazine in the dentist’s office yesterday.

Back in 1997, Diddy sampled "Every Breath You Take" by the Police in his hit track "I'll Be Missing You". But he never got permission.

He eventually settled up but Diddy still pays Sting $5,000 . . . PER DAY.  

Yesterday Diddy posted video from a 2018 interview where Sting claimed he was getting $2,000 a day for the sample.

He captioned it, "Nope.5K a day. Love to my brother."

In the interview, Sting said, quote, "We're very good friends now."

But does Diddy feel the same way?
