This morning before 6am a guy in an SUV began going the wrong way on Highway 522 around Bothell, then drove in the wrong direction on I-405 and SR 520, dodging cars along the way.
Troopers chased after the car and used a pit maneuver - tapping the SUV - to get the car to eventually stop on SR 520 - then troopers chased the guy down on foot and stopped him.
