Good news - WashDot is not going to start tolling the new tunnel until the fall!
When that happens, when the system gets online, drivers will pay $1 to $2.25 per trip in the tunnel depending on the time of day if they have a 'Good to Go' pass. Drivers who don't will receive a bill in the mail and pay a $2 surcharge per trip. And, remember - please don't speed in there - Popo is watching. I know! Huge ticket. Dammittall.
