We Western Washingtonians are lucky rock fans.
Dave Grohl and Foo Fighters opened their tour on Saturday night in Safeco Field, but the very next day, they stopped the tour. Dave’s vocal cords are hurting. The tour will resume, but Dave needs a rest.
Coincidentally, Bono’s vocal cords are thrashed, too. So you know what Dave said in a statement about the tour stoppage?
“That’s the last time I make out with Bono!”
