With open practices being held at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center, a special offsite practice at Lumen Field on Saturday, August 6, and theme days all throughout Training Camp, there is guaranteed to be a practice for each and every 12!

Be there in person for a first look at your 2022 Seattle Seahawks as we take the field to prepare for the upcoming season.
