SpaceX's starship prototype exploded four minutes into its flight this morning. It happened a few minutes after the unmanned rocket launched in Texas before thousands of spectators.

The rocket was supposed to be the most powerful ever made.

The spaceship was supposed to complete one full lap of Earth and reenter the atmosphere near Hawaii.

This comes after SpaceX had to scrub a launch attempt on Monday after a pressure valve froze.

This is a developing story.
