Hi all,

Elvis Presley's only child, Lisa Marie Presley, went into cardiac arrest and died yesterday. She was just 54.

Her mother, Priscilla Presley, said, "It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us. She was the most passionate strong and loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss."

Back in 2013, she came to perform at the Triple Door in Seattle, and I got to speak with her before she arrived. She talked about music, life, and her dad, who died when she was just 9 years old.
