The Sounders are the first MLS team to win the CONCACAF Champions League final. Seattle blanked Pumas UNAM 3-0 at Lumen Field, which had a record 68-thousand fans in attendance.

Raúl Ruidíaz scored twice and Nicolás Lodeiro added a score in the historic victory. When he stripped off his shirt to celebrate, he got a yellow card! HA!

The Sounders became the first MLS team to defeat a Liga MX team in the championship after the Spanish league won the past 13 CCL Finals in the current format.

When Raúl Ruidíaz, Jordan Morris, and Nicolás Lodeiro were subbed out near the end of the game, the crowd went wild. This couldn't happen to a more soulful group of guys.
