The arena had a soft opening on Tuesday when 13-thousand people gathered for the venue's first concert featuring local rockers the Foo Fighters and Bellingham-based emo icons Death Cab for Cutie. Photos here!
An official grand opening is scheduled today for Seattle's new Climate Pledge Arena. The arena will open tonight with a performance from British rock band Coldplay.
Tomorrow, the Seattle Kraken will hold their first home game at the arena. And on Sunday, the arena will host a free community day complete with food and live performances.
