Last night in Seattle's 99 tunnel, a man in distress jumped on top of a passing SUV and stayed there - until he fell off.
Seattle Police had to shutdown the SR99 Tunnel and at least 3 Seattle cops had to wrestle this poor guy down to the ground.
It's not the first time this has happened - there’s been three incidents with pedestrians in the tunnel just this week.
