Officials say scammers are using Washington state's vaccine lottery in an attempt to target residents. The Washington Lottery is contacting winners by phone, email, or text message.
The Washington Attorney General says the lottery won't ask for bank accounts, social security numbers, or other personal information. If you receive a call and you're skeptical, you can call the Lottery back on their main phone number which is 360-810-2888.
