Remember the big crash on I-5 yesterday morning up in Lynnwood? It was a five vehicle accident and people were seriously hurt. It was a mess. Enter the Doofus.
One woman driving past the scene stopped in traffic to take videos of the huge accident with her phone. Wonderfully, she got a big fat ticket from the Highway Patrol.
