A Florida woman is suing the Biergarten restaurant of Boca Raton after she was allegedly injured when a drunk patron fell on her.
The lawsuit says Maria Garcia was hurt when she fell to the ground as the intoxicated patron collapsed on top of her while the drinker was dancing. She says the incident caused her pain, emotional handicaps, disability, disfigurement, and required medical and nursing care.
The suit claims that Biergarten failed to provide a safe environment by allowing the gyrating and inebriated female to stay on the grounds. Garcia is seeking over 30,000 dollars in damages.
