Seth Rogen, Ted Cruz: Twitter War Over Paris Climate Accord, Disney Movie

Seth Rogen

Seth Rogen and Ted Cruz were involved in a Twitter beef that lasted a week. The actor and senator traded insults back and forth in a somewhat comical and at times head-scratching way.

It started when Rogen tweeted Cruz on Election Day in response to his tweet condemning Biden for rejoining the Paris Climate Agreement. "F*** off, you fascist," Rogen tweeted.

“Charming, civil, educated response. ⁦@Sethrogen⁩ If you’re a rich, angry Hollywood celebrity, today’s Dems are the party for you. If you’re blue-collar, if you’re a union member, if you work in energy or manufacturing...not so much. #JobsMatter,” Cruz responded.

Seth then brought up the 2016 comment from Trump who called Cruz’s wife “ugly” saying, "If you're a white supremacist fascist who doesn't find it offensive when someone calls your wife ugly, Ted Cruz is the exact motherf*****r for you.”

Seth continued poking at Cruz throughout the weekend, he tweeted a video that called Cruz a, "climate and COVID denier." He responded to Cruz’s tweet about Fantasia saying“ everyone who made the movie would hate you.”

Cruz replied calling Seth a “Marxist with Tourette’s” -- a few jabs later, Rogen tweeted "Your lies got people killed, you have blood on your hands."
