Welcome to the NEW Space Needle - With GLASS FLOORS!

posted by Lee Callahan -

The Space Needle is now open... WIDE OPEN that is! This August, the almost year long renovations to the Needle were completed, improving Seattle's most well known attraction. We were invited to go up to 'The Loupe,' which is a brand new portion of the observation deck that is home to the world's first revolving glass floor. The view from above is INSANE! The Loupe is where the restaurant used to be, and you can look down at Seattle Center as you are MOVING. There is also a brand new stair case where you can now move about both observation levels with ease.

The Space Needle reopens its observatory deck and The Loupe to the public on Friday August 3rd! Get your tickets and we will see you there!

It’s finally here! The view will FLOOR you. The world’s first rotating glass floor, The Loupe, opens to the public TOMORROW at 8am. Video credit: @itshenry •••• #theloupe #spacelift #alltheviews #seattlesummer
