Did you know there's a bunch of pregnant killer whales swimming around Puget Sound? Yep, in the J-pod.
The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife wants boaters to give these orcas extra space to feed - because they're eating for two--- two big hungry endangered whales. There are just 74 left. And these pregnancies have not been stable over the past few years.
So we need to give a half-mile nautical bubble around those orcas so those incubating babies can get strong.
