A woman is facing charges after allegedly throwing items onto Interstate 90 near Rainier Avenue. The Washington State Patrol says officers responded to the area around 5:15 yesterday morning after someone called 911 to report a suspect throwing debris into the eastbound lanes of the highway. Police arrested the woman for reckless endangerment. No injuries or damage was reported. The State Patrol says there have been over 80 cases of rocks or other items being thrown onto Interstate 90 and I-5 in the Seattle area so far this year.
