Did you hear about the Washington ferry worker who got bitten by a bat?
It was lying on the deck of the ferry and she went up to it and touched it bare handed, not knowing what it was.
Seems it the maternity season for bats so we should see more of them now.
So if you see one lying around, you can call animal control, or, be brave and wear gloves and take it to the base of a tree, so it can climb up it to safety.
