The position's title will be Busch Crewmaster within the Stewart-Haas Racing Organization, a professional American stock car racing team. As compensation, the person who gets offered the position will be paid $50,000 for their work.
Throughout the season the team member will attend races, training, and flying with the Stewart-Haas Racing team, performing any and all necessary tasks as they come up. Unlike a more conventional job application process, Busch will be tweeting out questions during the Daytona 500 on February 14 at 2:30 p.m. EST. Fans will be able to reply with their answers to potentially move on to the next round of the hiring process.
