Washington State Juneteenth Rallies and Marches

Today is Juneteenth, commemorating the end of slavery in the United States. And there are many ways to show your support in the fight against racism.

In Everett at the Snohomish County Courthouse rally in March starts at 1 PM.

In Tacoma at Wapato park at noon— another rally.

At Terminal 46 where you see all the shipping containers - directly across from the Clink- longshoreman and warehouse workers are going to stop work and march starting at 9 AM. This is actually happening at 29 ports on the West Coast.

Very cool.
