Man Buys 'Villa' Property That Turns Out To Be A 1-Foot-Wide Strip Of Land

Excited About Their New Home

A Florida man thought he got the deal of the century when he bought a $177,000 villa property for just $9,100 - until he checked it out for himself.

See photo here.

That's when Kevin Holness realized his property was just a one-foot-wide strip of land that separated two other properties - valued at about $50. Holness called it "deception" and says he wants a refund. But the county says all sales are final and that their website listed the low dollar value of the property.

Do you think Holness should get his money back? What's your property-buying horror story?
